Now is the time to start thinking about your church or organization’s Baby Bottle Campaign!
Hope Unlimited Family Care Center distributes baby bottles Mother’s Day to Father’s Day each year. People fill bottles with cash, change and checks, with a goal to have each bottle contain $30. Every penny supports and empowers moms and dads to grow stronger families. Last year, more than 100 churches and many more businesses helped Hope Unlimited Family Care Center raise about $44,000 for parents on both sides of the Ohio River.
Starting or improving your campaign is easy! We would love to talk to you about how you can help families by filling a bottle. Call or email us today!
Thank you so much for a strong start to 2018… Because of your generous giving, Hope Unlimited Family Care Center will reach moms and dads who feel alone!
We asked many of you to contribute at the end of last year, setting a goal to see 50 new patients in our prenatal care clinic and give them a first glimpse of their growing babies. We also wanted to provide an opportunity for restoration for 15 people impacted by abortion.
Your overwhelming response makes us realize we, too are Not Alone when we work to support, empower and love families in our community. Thank you for partnering with us!
“I wanted to volunteer somewhere after I retired, but I didn’t expect this mentoring program to fill my soul like it does.” Hope Unlimited Family Care Center Volunteer Nelda Burnett has been serving the Metropolis location for nearly four years.
“I get encouragement by seeing people respond to God in various ways. [Our parents] respond from where they are… and God and the staff and volunteers meet them wherever they are.” Miss Nelda mentors moms who come to Hope Unlimited looking for new ways to lead their families. She loves connecting to new people, but also enjoys being with the staff. She says, “I’m blessed by being there!”

Originally from Peru, Sarah Fret moved to Paducah in 2015. As she explored her new neighborhood, she found Hope Unlimited Family Care Center’s community store, Hope’s Closet. Sarah learned people in the community donate items to Hope’s Closet. Donations are then sold at thrift store prices helping families’ bottomline. The money raised helps fund Hope Unlimited’s free and confidential services for moms and dads.
This inspired Sarah. She immediately began to volunteer. “I have walked through a lot of situations in my life. The day I walked into Hope, I knew this was a place, if I gave my time to, I could promote services and opportunities for people to receive hope and love.” Sarah says her time here has helped her grow professionally. Her English is improving, and she’s polishing her customer service skills.
